A ride-sharing fintech needed to prove market viability to their board but lacked the fintech expertise to build a compliant KYC system. We embedded as their product strategy & design lead, facilitated rapid alignment across stakeholders, and delivered the strategic clarity and execution roadmap they needed to move confidently toward launch.

Following the recent exposure of systemic fraud within the Greek Payment and Control Agency, we have undertaken a detailed, independent study to analyse the structural weaknesses that enabled such corruption and to propose a forward-looking solution designed to restore trust, improve oversight, and protect public funds.
